Automation for operations-heavy businesses.
Work delivered through Digital Takeoff, the consultancy I co-founded in 2019. The pattern is consistent: find where humans are doing routing, matching and chasing by hand, and replace it with software.

Happy Threads
A handmade crochet brand was matching orders to artisans by hand, confirming availability over WhatsApp with no audit trail, and reconciling quality checks and artisan payments in spreadsheets.
We built a full-stack web and mobile platform: orders route to eligible artisans by product type and location, artisans accept or decline in-app, managers track production and run QA, and approved work triggers artisan payment automatically — a fully documented and audited order lifecycle.

Fresh Produce Daily
A produce operation supplying restaurants daily was aggregating orders manually every morning, coordinating vendors on relationships rather than process, and routing deliveries without tracking.
We automated the cycle: restaurant orders aggregate each morning, purchase orders generate and dispatch to the right vendors, and delivery routes are assigned with tracking confirmation. The ops team moved from orchestrating every day to managing by exception.

Regional Water Distributor
Orders arrived by phone and WhatsApp, were logged by hand, and were routed from a coordinator's memory — with confirmation by callback after delivery. No central record, no route optimisation, recurring customer disputes.
We automated intake through confirmation: structured order capture with automatic logging, zone-rule route assignment, staged customer notifications, and digital delivery confirmation. The company gained capacity to handle more orders with the same team.

Mahad Al Zahra
A Quran learning institute was managing enrollment, scheduling and attendance through disconnected manual processes, leaving leadership without visibility into operations or student progress.
Rather than build custom, we consulted on the operational processes, recommended tooling matched to the institute's structure and scale, and guided implementation of a unified system for student management, scheduling and administrative oversight — fitting technology to existing practice, so adoption happened without disruption.
